Barlow's one of those police perquisites via television--the BBC where he's been appearing for twelve years--although this is an original for the equivalent readership. In this no-word-wasted procedural he follows up on the body of a man located by dogs and the dynamite photograph which implicates a judge of the Queen's bench (a ""bent judge"") with a known criminal. All of this is compacted in the shorter form--like that ""alright"" Barlow steadily uses and which also applies to this kind of teleprompted material.
